Wheelchairs and Strollers
Complimentary wheelchair and stroller rental is available at the Mall Management Office located in the JCPenney Concourse by the restrooms. Management staff will ask you to leave a driver's license or other form of identification while using the wheelchair or stroller. You will receive your identification when you return the chair.

Parking
Handicapped parking is available near all major mall and department store entrances.

Mall Walkers
Richmond Square Mall has a mall walking program that is free of charge. Mall walkers can walk 7 days a week. The doors open at 8am Monday - Saturday and at 10am on Sunday.

Lost and Found
You may turn in and claim lost and found items with the assistance of Richmond Square Mall's Security Department. You can find the Security Office in the JCPenney Concourse or you may approach any mall personnel for help in locating an officer.

Security
Richmond Square Mall offers 24 hour a day security. Security can assist you if you need an escort to your vehicle or assistance in the mall. Security can be reached at 765.962.5291.
